Individual and group occupational therapy services are available to families. Partnerships with schools are also available to enable schools to provide selected occupational therapy services to students during school hours for a subsidised fee.
Individual Therapy These sessions are run one on one with a child to reach the child’s goals developed in the initial assessment. Parents are encouraged to attend each session but are not required to. Sessions usually run for 50 mins but shorter sessions are available.
Group Therapy Groups are run during the school term and holidays by an Occupational Therapist, however, several groups are run with other therapists such as Speech Pathologists, Behavioural Therapists, Psychologists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Groups run for 5 weeks and start week commencing March 5th 5 week course costs $225 (FaHCSIA clients $275)
1. KINDY Run by: Claire Druett, Occupational Therapist Focuses on: Developing your child's Kindy skills. Focuses on skills required to write, draw, cut, play, listen, learn early concepts and early sport skills. Times: Thursdays 3.20pm-4.20pm Maximum of 6 children Commences March 5th, 2012 for 5 weeks. Each of the group sessions are one hour long.

Focuses on skills required to write, draw, cut, play, listen, learn early concepts and early sport skills. Times: Thursdays 4.30pm-5.30pm Maximum of 6 children Commences March 5th, 2012 for 5 weeks. Each of the group sessions are one hour long.
2. HANDWRITING Yr 1- 3 Run by: Claire Druett, Occupational Therapist Focuses on: These groups are designed for children entering Year 1, 2 or 3 in 2011 who are experiencing difficulty with handwriting. This group aims to not only improve your child's handwriting but also to make writing more fun!. Times: -- Yr. 1: Saturdays 10:15-11:15am. - Yr. 2-3: Saturdays 11:45-12:45pm. Maximum of 6 children Commences March 5th, 2012 for 5 weeks. Each of the group sessions are one hour long.

SOCIAL SKILLS Yr 1 - 4 Run by: Shannon Jakovcevic, Occupational Therapist Focuses on: This program is aimed at children in Yr1 - Yr4 who require extra support with conversational skills, managing emotions, starting and maintaining friendships, dealing with bullying and peer pressure, and being assertive. This group focuses on fun, friendship, social skills and social support Time: Fridays 3.20pm - 4.20pm Maximum of 6 children Commences March 5th, 2012 for 5 weeks. Each of the group sessions are one hour long.
